Rotterdam, 29 June 2022  – In the 13 June 2022 court hearing in the Curaçao squeeze-out proceeding, no shareholders objected to the squeeze-out. The court has now set a date of 5 September 2022 for a final hearing. Failing any objections, the court is expected to issue its judgment after the hearing.
