HUNTER DOUGLAS ACQUIRES INTEGRA, UNITED KINGDOM

Rotterdam, December 5, 2011 – Hunter Douglas, the world market leader in window coverings (Luxaflex®), and a major manufacturer of architectural products, has acquired Integra, a British distributor of packaged window covering products and drapery hardware.

Integra, headquartered in Tamworth near Birmingham, has annual sales of about £ 9 million and employs 20 people. Terms were not disclosed.

Hunter Douglas will combine Integra with its United Kingdom based Sunflex Division, which markets a complementary range of packaged window covering products. This will further strengthen its leading position supplying the soft furnishing trade.

Hunter Douglas has its Head Office in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, and a Management Office in Lucerne, Switzerland. The Hunter Douglas Group is comprised of 168 companies operating in more than 100 countries. Hunter Douglas had sales in 2010 of USD 2.445 billion and employs about 17,000 people.

The common shares of Hunter Douglas N.V. are traded on Amsterdam's Euronext and the Deutsche Börse.
