Rotterdam, 21 May 2010 – Hunter Douglas advises that the previously announced intention to acquire Faber-Benthin, a German manufacturer of window covering components and a Danish assembler of window coverings, previously owned by VKR, has been cleared by the German Kartellamt and will now be concluded.
