Rotterdam, May 17, 2006 - The annual general meetings of shareholders will be held on June 21 2006 at the Avila Beach Hotel, Penstraat 130, Curaçao, starting 8.30 a.m. for the common shareholders, 9.00 a.m. for the preferred shareholders, 9.30 a.m. for the cumulative preferred shareholders and 10.00 a.m. for the common, preferred and cumulative preferred shareholders.

The ex-dividend date will be June 23 2006 and July 14, 2006 will be the dividend payment date.
