Our 2014 annual report incorrectly states that Hunter Douglas acquired 100% of Lafayette Interior Fashions, a US fabricator based in Lafayette, Indiana.

During 2014 we transitioned our Hunter Douglas branded business to a fully forward integrated distribution model, via our company-owned fabrication division. As part of this transition and with our assistance, Lafayette Interior Fashions, one of the largest independent distributors of the Hunter Douglas brand in the US, reoriented its custom window covering business to fully focus on their Lafayette branded line of window coverings.  

Contrary to what was stated in our annual report, there was no change in ownership of Lafayette, which remains entirely owned and operated by the founding Morgan family.  Hunter Douglas did acquire 100% of the two remaining independent fabricators; Mill and Tentina.
