Rotterdam, March 4, 2008 – Hunter Douglas announces that David and Marko Sonnenberg have been appointed Co-Presidents and Chief Operating Officers of the Hunter Douglas Group.

David (41) and Marko (38), who have been active in the company for more than 15 years, are the sons of Mr. Ralph Sonnenberg, the Company's President and majority shareholder, who will remain Chairman and CEO.

The current reporting structure for the Area Presidents, including North America, will remain unchanged.

"For the past several years my sons have been playing a senior leadership role in the company, alongside myself. This appointment expresses and formalizes the long-term succession plan for the company's management", according to Ralph Sonnenberg.
