Rotterdam, March 3, 2022 – Hunter Douglas, the world market leader in window coverings (Luxaflex®) and a major manufacturer of architectural products, has completed the acquisition of 74% of Droma-Sunshade Experts, a highly regarded Polish assembler of made-to-measure exterior sunscreens, shutters and awnings, with a fast-growing sales presence in Western Europe.

The founders of Droma-Sunshade Experts will remain minority shareholders, and the company will continue to operate independently, under present management.

The Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) has approved the transaction.
