Rotterdam, April 16, 2004 - Hunter Douglas has completed its earlier announced Share Buy Back Program for a total amount of EUR 65.9 million.

A total of 1.7 million common shares has been bought. These shares will be cancelled.

The shares of Hunter Douglas N.V. are traded on the Dutch and German Stock Exchanges.
