Hunter Douglas - Share buy-back program update

Rotterdam - Hunter Douglas has repurchased 3,844 common shares in the period from July 11, 2011 up to and including July 15, 2011 at an average price of EUR 33.58 per share for a total consideration of EUR 129,076. These repurchases were made as part of the program to buy up to 500,000 common shares to cover stock options as published on June 27, 2011.
