Rotterdam - Hunter Douglas has repurchased 13,061 common shares in the period fromOctober 31, 2011 up to and including November 4, 2011 at an average price of EUR 31.97 per share for a total consideration of EUR 417,584. These repurchases were made as part of the program to buy up to 500,000 common shares to cover stock options as published on June 27, 2011.
