Hunter Douglas - Share Buy-Back Program update

Rotterdam - Hunter Douglas has repurchased 8,677 common shares in the period from April 16, 2012 up to and including April 20, 2012 at an average price of EUR 31.96 per share for a total consideration of EUR 277,297. These repurchases were made as part of the program to buy up to 500,000 common shares to cover stock options as published on June 27, 2011.
