Rotterdam - Hunter Douglas has repurchased 2,471 common shares in the period from May 21, 2012 up to and including May 25, 2012 at an average price of EUR 31.51 per share for a total consideration of EUR 77,865. These repurchases were made as part of the program to buy up to 500,000 common shares to cover stock options as published on June 27, 2011.
