HUNTER DOUGLAS - SHARE BUY-BACK PROGRAM UPDATERotterdam - Hunter Douglas has repurchased 11,578 common shares in the period from September 19, 2011 up to and including September 23, 2011 at an average price of EUR 32.22 per share for a total consideration of EUR 373,081. These repurchases were made as part of the program to buy up to 500,000 common shares to cover stock options as published on June 27, 2011.
