SQUEEZE-OUT

Bergson Beheer B.V., the majority shareholder of Hunter Douglas N.V., has initiated squeeze-out proceedings against the joint minority shareholders before the Curaçao court of first instance. A first court hearing is scheduled for 13 June 2022 (see Landscourant Curaçao, page 11, https://gobiernu.cw/tcpdf/?p_id=494677). Further information on this first court hearing will be made available by the Curaçao authorities and will then be accessible via the Company’s investor relation webpage.
